    Try Omegle. You can chat to random strangers and say whatever you like. It is designed to be casual so the person is unlikely to want to meet up with you :p

    i dint know but i do want to meet all the people i chat to in real life i cant just chat to some one on line just not to meet them that's wrong u never know who they relay are or what they look like or what kind of person they are with out meeting them
