First and foremost - Anything by Metallica, especiall off the Black Album. Sandman, Unforgiven, etc...but my special favorite is One. (The long version.)

After that, my classical choice with Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven following swiftly:

I'd also like to hear Clannad, specifically the songs off their Legend album.
