where to find cheap cell phones?

im looking for places to get a cheap cell phone without a contract.
on ebay they have some but the ones that are cheap are broken and crappy! i just want to find the env3 env touch or alias2 under 20 bucks with no contract

with that price in mind your not liable to get anything. Walmart has cheap phones that you can buy but for a good phone your talking it'll be 50-150 bucks.

tracfone is a pretty good deal. you can get a phone for not that much and you only pay per minute not per month, but they have terrible service. they are a very hard to work with company.

Try craig's list or your local paper.  They probably won't be in the best condition but it is worth a try.
