Do people still have pen pals?
When I was a kid I had several pen pals.(I'm not that old 30 to be exact)
I know Technology in the information age has certainly changed. I had a beeper in high school for crying out loud!! I think some of the best educational experiences where from my correspondence with kids from around the world.
I came to the realization; despite our differences we are all basically the same.

I used to have pen pals as a kid too. Lately, it's just been Love letters to boyfriends over the past few years. (and they never wrote any in return)
Actually sitting down and writing a letter seems to be a lost art. It's really difficult to find stationery these days too! The sets with paper and matching envelopes are nearly impossible to find. It's a sad thing. There's nothing like seeing a handwritten letter in your mailbox! It feels wonderful.
