The top models use Preparation H as a quick fix. It is actually a cream for Haemorrhoids (piles) but works a treat on under eye bags and wrinkles I have found. It is not expensive either and is freely available from any High Street chemist or pharmacy shop.

Eye cream. Clinique does one and I'm sure you can get cheaper ones at Boots etc. It is mostly about lifestyle (smoking & tanning etc) and genetics from your parents that determine how many lines you have. You cant get rid of the ones you already have without surgery, but you can slow down the appearance of more with a cream

nivea visage 10Q is a really good wrinkle cream and there is one specially for under your eyes you should notice a difference in about 3 days if you use this product
hope it helped

you can get lots of eye creams that sooth and then smooth the under eye region, also during the day you can use a concealer but this will only hide it and not improve it!

Lots of sleep :-)
Garnier's eye roll on is also quite good for mornings.

Only surgery will fix them permanatly, anything you buy from the shop will only cover them or do a temporary fix.
