Is it possible that vitamins make me hungrier?

I was off my vitamins for a few weeks, and I just got back on them. I'm taking a menopausal blend (New Phase) and an extra B12. Is it possible that these vitamins make me feel physically hungrier? It seems like, a short while after eating, I'm aware of an empty, almost queasy feeling in my stomach.

Yes, they can make you hungry. Try to eat a piece of toast or something light when you take them in the morning, and that should help. Good luck
