Can you recommend a multivitamin that doesn't have over 100% of daily values?

I've started taking vitamins but the ones I have now have way over 100% daily value of several vitamins. My pharmacist friend told me that my body can't use the 6800% of the vitamins and they're just going through me to produce very nutritions poop.

Please recommend vitamin supplements that have 100% of my most needed vitamins and minerals without any being wasted in this way.

Update:

the 100% isn't arbitrary, it's how much the body needs per day. I want 100%, and not to be wasteful.

Update 2:

cutting the pill in half will leave me with 50% of the other vitamins. Plus, I'd have to cut it into 64 pieces to get some of the vitamins down to 100%

The reason why they make multivitamins that way is because your body has a hard time absorbing nutrients from them in the first place. There is no harm to your body by taking these multivitamins that have 6800% of your daily values.

If you want exactly 100% the best way is to eat foods with the right nutrition. Your body knows how to digest and absorb nutrients this way a lot more effectively. You can look up food charts online to get their average daily values. Its a healthy life style choice that will give you other vitamins, nutrients, and acids not found in most multivitamins.

just stick to the ones your taking now, the excess of vitamins doesn't harm you. However some people have vitamin deficiencies and need an excess ammount to get rid of it. Basicly the extra is like an insurance policy, you may never need it, but someday you might.
