Has anyone ever done a Beaches all inclusive resort? Did you like it and was it worth the money?

Do you think you saved money this way? I have done Disney World and a cruise and now am thinking about a inclusive resort in the next two years- and it would probably be during hurricane season. Thinking about the Turks and Cacaos.

I've been on two cruises (with Carnival) and an all inclusive (RIU) in Jamaica. I think if you are going to an island for a week, you'd definitely save money by doing an all inclusive. The plus is you get to do more things/spend more time in one place. Alcohol is free, but I got tired of it after two days anyway.

However, the service and comfort of the cruise ship is incomparable. While I enjoyed the all inclusive, I noticed the ship is kept cleaner, the service is better, the food is better, and the entertainment is better.

If I had to choose between a cruise and an all inclusive right now, I'd do the cruise. However, it is nice to change it up a bit and experience new things.

I stopped off in Grand Turk on a cruise and the island is absolutely beautiful. I am originally from the Caribbean and have been to many Caribbean islands, but the clear turqoise waters in Grand Turk is the most breathtakingly beautiful sight to see. And for swimming/water sports, fantastic! It's brilliant and clean.
