i bleached my hair and i was wondering how long do i have to leave it before i can put a normal hair dye on it?

Oh boy.This is a predicament.You can dye it now but all of your hair that is damaged will have to come off at least little by little.You can maybe start by having it layered instead of a blunt cut so you can start having some of the damaged hair taken off and not lose all of your length.But as for your question,a lot depends on whether you have used a permanent color or demi or semi also.If your hair is still light in color you can put a toner on it to help tone the brassiness down and get close to your original color.It's really best if you go to a cosmetologist and let them help you get your hair back to a healthy state because everywhere it is damaged it will just fray and break off and continue to look like the synthetic hair extensions.

you should of used a colour remover before starting to lighten it, that would of solved all your problems - presumably you can't get it past the ginger stage now, am i right?

and have all the mushy ends cut off.

you may need to do a few deep conditioning masks, unfortunately nothing can repair the damage you do to your hair but products can help it APPEAR healthier...

I think blonde hair is sexiest, but brown hair can be really sexy too. Black hair is actually never sexy. It's just really boring and boring and flatters few complexions. Blonde hair looks best with blue eyes.

I actually like blonde hair or red yet it depends on what the person looks like.
