I am creating a Dr Who podcast, and I want to know what you would want from it...?

My aim is to create a really popular Doctor Who podcast, and I need ideas for the sort of content which should be included in the monthly.

I have already planned a weekly news update, and several specials throughout the year, adding up to about 5-6 podcasts every month.

Update:

Current additions: Behind the scenes; Previews (Thanks to MCRrox)

maybe you could do something where you discuss the other doctors, not just the current one. it might be interesting to have a segment where you compare the current doctor with a previous doctor.

you could also mention the dr. who spinoffs occasionally.

when is the podcast going to start?

edit: catlady's idea sounds cool. talk about the companions.

    and don't forget about k-9!

I agree with the guy above sounds really good.

Maybe video podcast? but if not just add an AAC function that lets you show images during your podcasting, rumours and speculations, a recap section, discussion of the preview for next week, maybe get a co-host, don't waffle on about how this wasn't scratch compared to the classic Doctor Who ( I listened to a podcast once like that and it felt like bitter old men disrespecting good DW), news section, a competetion where the audience get asked a question about the episode and respond by email or forum.

Also try and get on iTunes I really don't think they have many at all.

    Hope I could help.

Evolution of the Doctor's companions from the first "Grand Daughter" to the newest, it would cover many podcasts.
