Read pg 354 of the bill:
Basically, the Gov would decide if and to what extent services are provided.
Not You and your doctor.

Listen close....Nothing is going to change concerning health care except in drastic circumstances....such as.... a child who has no chance whatsoever of survival won't be placed on life support....Unless you've had to remove someone from a life support system you haven't a clue how heart breaking that decision is and the what if's that dominate your mind....the propaganda being tossed around is just that PROPAGANDA....I've seen first hand the misery caused by certain measures hospitals perform that only delay the inevitable.

Their parents will have more options for health care insurance which will cover their special needs children.
