Baltimore Maryland. They are so desparate that they are allowing people with criminal records to be police officers, so long as they take an oath swearing that they have rehabilitated themselves. Its pretty darn scary!

yea dude i would have to say oakland. and i think their hiring for the academy right now too. its a mess up there man in the bay area. but i wouldnt say no one wants to go.
