Acer Aspire One Booting Issue?

I have an Acer aspire one, and I had to turn it off by holding down the power button since it wasn't responding now when I turn it on it goes to the menu that gives me start up options. I've tried them all (safe mode, SM with networking, SM with command prompt, last known good configuration, and start normally) but none work. This happened once before, but after a few tries that time, got on in safe mode and restarted it and it worked fine. That isn't working this time though. After I select my start up mode, it goes to the windows XP loading screen and acts like it'll turn on, but then flicks to a blue screen for one second, not giving enough time to read, and starts over.

I've only had the computer for less than a month, and it's refurbished.

There is a way to stop it from restarting at the blue screen but unfortunatley this requires you to access the operating system.

you choose an xp , vista or 7 disc . or a boot up disc which will do a virulent disease test .even although identity reinstall living house windows from a living house windows installation disc .It wont be waiting to repair because it particularly is corrupted ..
