can PM 2.5 concetration at a same location be higher than PM 10 concentration at a same location?

    Yes and it's not really that rare of an occurrence keeping in mind PM 10 particles have less packing efficiency/ you can fit less in the same area

    Yes, and as a matter of fact it shouldn't be that rare of an occurrence considering PM 10 particles have less packing efficiency (i.e. you can fit fewer in the same area).
