listen, i'm a guy not dat old 19, and I can tell u he is immature. He has no business talking about his ex. I'm sure this is a turn off to most ladies. He probably likes you as a friend and he doesn't plan on trying anything further. If you make your self sexually available hes gonna take the opportunity to mess around with you, and you will find yourself in a worse situation since you like this guy. To answer your question....guys sometimes say stuff without thinkin maybe he had to get it off his chest.

if you want this guy, make him want you, dont throw yourself at him, make him earn you. You can call him, but try not to make it everyday.

To answer your question about liking you, that is something you will find out for yourself.

If he's telling you about his girlfriend and his first kiss and whatever other personal matter go on in his life ... it does sound like you like you, but as a friend .. someone he can confide in. Appears he's comfortable talking to you. If you can't accept that and want more than what he's offering, then you'll have to tell him.

yeah i knew this kid that i liked a lottt and he had a girlfriend and talked about her all the time. and i found out that he was just trying to make me jealous. and then he found out that i liked him, dumped his girlfriend and like a cupple months later he asked me out. 11 months in a cupple days.

so just give it some time and if he likes you, he'll come around. but tell him you like him.
