Thinking of moving into the Real Estate Business?

I have been a contract negotiator with the Federal Government for 22 years! I'm tapped out on bored! Problem is my salary.... I make really great $$$$. I'm very interested in real estate but don't know if I would be able to command the same salary.... Any advice???

Real estate is probably the single most fun job that you could have (unless you are a rock star or actor). It is a whirlwind of activity. Always new home models to tour, bankers to meet, houses to be inspected, phone calls non-stop. It is the perfect antidote to "tapped out bored".

The problem is in the numbers. In many cities there are 60,000 agents. And each month there are 3,000 sales. So you can see the problem. Many agents live on credit cards in good times and bad. A few make a fortune.

If, by real estate business, you mean an agent's job, you will not be working for a salary, but entirely commission. If you are making good money in today's unstable economy, stay where you are. Tomorrow you could be making nothing for many months if you decide to change jobs. Is there anywhere to go in your present field, either a promotion because you have furthered your education to qualify for your bosses' job, or to another department which will give you new challenges, and relieve the boredom?

It's a good decision, yes you will learn many new things in real estate business. Before entering into real estate business just collect the basic things about the real estate business rather I can say first you work under any real estate agent.

You won't, in one million years, earn ample to shop for a house in Japan as an English instructor. The structures themselves depreciate through the years, (they're simplest developed to final forty-50 years highest) however the land they're developed on is one of the vital so much pricey on the planet. Even for those who have been first rate wealthy, you would not be ready to comfy loans or identical except you're a everlasting resident. If you're simply on a piece visa no person will lend you cash or be a guarantor for whatever like this. You also are blind to Japanese tradition - persons like new properties and new matters, they wish a brand new house they have got developed themselves. My husband and I are living in, for Japan, a fairly big flat for a as an alternative low hire, totally due to the fact it is regarded to be historical.
