Whats your favorite Final Fantasy game?

I am going to say that Final Fantasy X was my favorite. It had the best of everything. Best characters, character growth, battle system, story, love story, I can go on from there. This is just a great game. Even the side quest go with the story. This game made you feel for the characters. I cried at the end of the game, the story was that strong. This is the one game that I would tell people to play if they have never played a Final Fantasy game.

My favorite is FF XII... I liked it because it is really different from the rest of the offline Final Fantasy games. It looked really good and was a really fun game with a ton of new elements to the series. The story left much to be desired, but the game has an awesome feature not seen in the other games: the ability to skip cut scenes! That is a really nice addition because cut scenes get really annoying when you die and go back to a save point over long periods of time... and it let people who do not care about the story to still enjoy the game. I liked pretty much everything about the game... and the story really wasn't that bad, but just not up to the standard for a Final Fantasy game.

i like final fantasy 8 but 7 has the best story line i think

My favorite FF games would have to be either 7 or 10 out of a somewhat lengthy list...

You do realize that FF3 for SNES and FF3 for DS are two completely different games, right?

FF3 for SNES is actually FF6... The games were released out of order in the U.S. Our FF3 was rereleased under it's original title of FF6 when they ported it to the PS1. We actually didn't even get the real FF3 game here in the U.S. until it was remade for DS.

But my favorite is and probably always will be FF7. :)

I really really super duper loooove FF7!! It has the most spectacular story...for me =) I like FF10 too....^^

the classic ones will always be my fave..right now the best is FF8 for me
