What treatment do you recommend for EXTREME LOWER TUMMY PAIN? Recently every PM I'm having pain so bad,heating?
pad & lying down helps. I've used Gas-X, baking soda cocktail or Baking Soda enema. The pain is so bad, I even stand up straight up.

go to the doctor right away......you may even want to go to your local emergency room.....this could be a symptom of something serious
