How to focus on one thing?
Hi all i'm a 21 year old guy. I have worst problem on constantly thinking while doing anything. Just except playing ps3 or pc games. I do think while i'm driving, while on job, when i'm studying, in lecture etc. Thoughts are positive as well as negative. I used to be active till i was 12-15 but now i became lazy. whenever i wake up early i feel little dizzy during afternoon like i need sleep. What could be the problem??

Try liquid vitamins for a month. I use Vibe.
Powerfood (that green stuff) might do it (give you energy.)

Go to the doctor for a checkup. He/she will check your blood and ask you about diet, exercise, smoking, drugs, etc. These are VERY important things. Ask about attention deficit in particular.

take vitamins and sign up for new clubs or activities. meet new people maybe they'll get you more involved and interested with life. :))
