Band that put on the worst show you ever saw?
For me, it was Led Zeppelin at the Oakland Coliseum. And I saw them on their "good" day. God damn did they suck. If it weren't for Rick Derringer on the bill, the day would have been a total waste.

the Ramones opened for Blue Oyster Cult and Black Sabbath at the Swing Auditorium in San Bernadino in 1979, the Ramones started out with their hit -Sunday Papers trying to cool the crazed crowd, half way threw the song chairs, bottles and shoes started hitting the band members so they ran from the stage so I never got to see the Ramones. BOC played minus one player who refused to play after what the crowd did to the Ramones. Then Ozzy came out and called us all a**holes and the crowd cheered

Atreyu - the singer can't sing, everything else was drowned out by the drummer's incessant double kick, and they used every cliched "rock star" stage move you can think of. They were a shitty band to start with, but seeing how bad they were live just elevated them to a whole other level of shittiness in my book.
Pearl Jam - They were at the end of a looong tour, so I guess maybe they had an excuse....but man they were horrible. No energy, no stage presence, no nothing. Vedder just sat down pretty much the whole time and mumbled his way through the songs, and the rest of the band clearly didn't wanna be there.
The Vines - their nut job of a singer just writhed around on the ground and screamed for most of the set, while the rest of the band did their best to get through the songs without him. They failed though, and it ended up sounding like some sort of retarded beginner band free-form slow tempo jam, while the singer, still off in his own little world, just kept on screaming. I will never, ever forget how truly awful it was.
