How can i get rid of stains after getting my braces off?

I didnt do the best job of brushing when i had braces and now i have stains from it. Is there any way i can get rid of these? Will whitening strips work or getting them bleached?

    definately ask the orthodontist for advice. of course, you'll follow up with the dentist for a regular cleaning.

    Whitening strips may work, I haven't tried them personally. When I got my braces off I started brushing with peroxide and it whitens your teeth probably just as good as whitening strips.
