There isn't one. ASCII doesn't have a copyright sign.
Most extended character sets do, however, usually with the value 169 (decimal) or A9 (hexadecimal). This is true of the common Windows-1252 and ISO 8859-1 character encodings.
This is also true of Unicode, where the copyright symbol is at position U+00A9.
Edit:
No, they're not, Ron. ASCII is a 7-bit character encoding. How can it possibly include the number 153? Please educate yourself:

REF: http://www.web-source.net/symbols.htm
"For example, if you'd like to place your copyright information on your web site, you will need to include a special ASCII Character Code within your HTML that looks like this:
& copy ; (no spaces)"
"Another example of using an ASCII code is for the trademark symbol. To display the trademark symbol within a web page, you must use the ASCII Character Code that looks like this:
& #153 ; (no spaces)"
BOTH ARE ASCII codes!

There isn't one. ASCII is a 7-bit code containing only 128 distinct characters. What the previous poster suggested is probably Unicode.
