That's your problem. Your internet connection is too slow to handle it. You don't have enough bandwidth. It could also be many other problems like your computer is too slow but my guess right now is that your internet connection is too slow.

Try losing some weight. It takes longer for fat people to transmit over a webcam than skinny people.
