get a camouflaged colored cake from publix, winn dixie, or your local baker/ grocer have happy birthday, written on it and get some dollar store army soldiers, flags, etc, and add the decor yourself.
unique and fun to play with after wards!

G.I. Joe would be good since the movie just came out. Bakers can usually do some pretty creative cakes so I would go in and talk to them and tell them exactly what you want.
