So I gotta know--are you excited to go back to school or not?
Hey people of Earth! I was just wondering if you guys are excited to get back to school or not. Please tell me why/why not! I am, sort of! Also--when do you start--or when did you start?
Side Q- If you could choose to go to any school in any country, where would it be? For example, in the Philippines, school is off in may and starts in June. For more examples, search on WIkipedia whatever grade you're in.
Thanks! 10 to Best.

Yes because I can reconnect with my friends and meet new kids (I love new kids!) also I want to write better and I write better when I'm at my smartest and thats in school.
No because I suck at math, spanish, gym, and science (I'm average in science and gym but I don't like them!) I'm also quiet in school so everyone who doesn't know me very well thinks I'm shy (so annoying! I mean please!)
Any place in the world? hmmm...too many choices! I want to go to an academy for rich kids thats really fancy though! like a palace... a girl can dream, right? either that or go to a school in Japan because I like sushi, manga, and J-rock! my dad used to travel to Japan for his job so I decided to get myself educated... :)

I am somewhat excited about school. I haven't had a lot to do this summer so I was somewhat bored. I also have a few of my best friends whom I didn't see all summer, so I look forward more to the people more than the place. The downside is I really do not want to go attempt geometry, as I am horrible at math! I am going into the 10th grade this year. And if I could go to any school, it would probably be somewhere in the UK, just because I've always wanted to go for some random reason!

Yeah, I'm definitely excited! Once the homework load starts coming in, I'll probably wonder why I ever was excited for high school, but still, I am. I mean, there's just so much more to do and lots of changes and everything. I start school two weeks from today.
I'd probably still stay in the U.S if I had the choice. We don't have as much pressure to do well here as in other countries. I just got back from vacation to China earlier today, and school there scares me! Also, I'm already used to school here. I don't know if I'd survive in a different country. Although studying in England would be pretty cool, I guess.

YES! I'm going into eighth grade! I'm excited because at the end of last year one of the eighth grade teachers moved to second grade and now instead of two eighth grade teachers we have one. Well we will have two at some point or we may already. The school sent out the letters telling us which class we'd be in and I am in the mystery class. So I am very excited to find out who my teacher will be. I know it might be a substitute while they find a new one. I'm scared it will be this woman that me and my family hate because she abused my bestie. IF it is I will just DIE!!!! I just got word that she has been accepted to substitue at my school and in the middle school part!! Eeep! My school is pre k thru twelve btw.

I am, I'm starting high school at the end of this month, And I'm freaking out. Especially cause most of my friends aren't coming to the school I am going to, or that they go already to another one. And I'd still choose to go to school in the United States. I really don't know any other language (fluently) and it's just easier for me here.

Not at all.
I love learning new things, but the attitudes of the people around me: my environment makes it a very hard place to learn.
I do wish I could learn independently.
