What is the necklace that Nick Jonas wears?

Ok, I know he has diabetes and stuff, but a couple months ago I saw him in a Bayer, and it showed the necklace and said You could buy one like it or something like that. I've already researched this question on Answers, and someone said that it was a diabetes identity necklace, but I saw that Joe Jonas was wearing one last night as he performed on the Teen Choice awards. So, what's the necklace mean, and is there any possible way that I could get one?

Yeah, its for diabetes :) idk, if joe wears the same one, but maybe he customized his own. But you can get a simlilar one like nick's ate jonasbrothersmerch.com just look in the D-Collection, it'll be there :D
