I have! Twice from USAirways... altho the 2nd one wasn't totally free as I had to pay $180 to transfer 11,000 of my mom's miles to my account to get it.
I get miles from shopping at Safeway, using Super Shuttle, other flights and dining out.

Yeah. My dad travels a LOT so he gets frequent flyer miles and that usually pays for our plane tickets on family trips. He also gets that kinda thing for some hotels, so our hotel is "free" when we travel. =)

Round the world is awesome no matter if you are the pilot or the passenger- best to take turns at though! Usually the passenger gets real fidgety and that is when it time for the pilot to take a break and relax for a while. My airline requires no points- just that you have heart and soul in the flight!

No, and I never will - they are a gimmick and jack up the price of everyone else's ticket.
