What hotels and nightclubs/bars are near Wrigley Field?
I will be going to a Cubs game next week, looking for a place to stay near the ballpark, and places to go and drink after the game.

There are more bars and nightclubs than I could possibly list. They are all over Clark and Addison, with more bars (such as Murphy's) behind the field.
As for where you should stay, there are not very many hotels in Wrigleyville. It would probably be better for you to stay downtown and take the Red Line to the game. This journey with the fans is an important part of the Wrigley experience.

No hotels in the area of Wrigley but stay downtown and take the train or its a quick cab ride! Harry Caray's is good, John Barleycorn at night has a "club" like atmosphere upstairs...Cubby Bear is also worth checking out

As for the drinking, you have to go to Murphy's Bleachers, right across
from Wrigley. The place is an institution in Wrigleyville.
