What's your definition of happiness?

Happiness cannot be captured completely with a few general statements (i.e. a definition). At best, general topics and general points can be made about 'happiness' (a shorthand name or model) that don't necessarily relate to actual instances of happiness in the world, and what causes those various actual instances.

Happiness doesn't have to be the same for everyone. It has a different meaning for each person, which is perfectly fine. That's the beauty of individuality.

To me, happiness is living your life on your own terms, and being free to figure out what those terms are.

Generally, having choices makes people happy. Any time I feel like I'm stuck or trapped for any reason, I'm unhappy.

Sleep and having a day to myself.

I have both right now and I'm the happiest I've been in ages.

To me happiness is having a clear mind and a smile on my face. To feel at peace, with no worries weighing me down.

Good health, love and money!!! What more do u need.

Having my own house with my daughter and her father would make Me very very happy.
