a question related to malware issues?
i was having a software called vista one click activator used for activation of trial version of windows vista to full version.....my anti virus program kaspersky2009 detected it to be a trojan programme(Trojan.win32.vapsup.wgj)..can anybody suggest me what is that trojan meant for...and if i do want to use similar activator software will it be another malware to be installed?????

As far as I can see, it's job is to be the gate crasher to allow other malware into your system. It's sort of like the kid that buys a movie ticket and then lets his buddies in the back door.
There is little info out there on this threat yet.

This program is illegal as it attempts to bypass the product activation requirement for Microsoft Vista.
It is probably infected with a virus....and probably a nasty one.
Delete it immediately and think of perhaps buying a legit copy of Vista.
