How will health care reform help the unemployed and people living below the poverty line?

Both families and singles just barely making it.........

Will they be "required" to have insurance and who will pay for it?

The Senate health committee bill imposes a minimum penalty of $750. (We're still waiting to hear from the Senate finance committee.)

The article I linked below explains why asking people to purchase health insurance is constitutional.

In Massachusetts, they passed a law to "help" people by reducing the number of people without health insurance.

The made it illegal to be uninsured. They said if you don't pay $800 a month for health insurance, you will be fined $800 for every month you go without health insurance.

So they are forcing you to pay $800 a month out of your own pocket, no matter what else you have to give up to do it.

So the government decided how you can spend your own money, regardless of what hardship it might cause.

Hillary Clinton stated that she thought that was an excellent plan, because it reduced the rate of uninsured people by over 50%.

Now they are talking about taxing the benefits from a health insurance policy. So you have to pay even more if you actually make a claim on your insurance.

They will be required or they pay a 2.5% tax for opting out.

And as for who will pay....you, me, anybody who works

Supposedly, the rich people will pay for it.
