NOOO!!! The guy behind it said this in a recent interview:

"If you look at the customers that I feel we've done the worst job taking care of, it's the people who bought [The Orange Box ] on the PS3," Newell said, "and that's a source of frustration. Those are people I have trouble saying anything other than, 'yeah, I'm sorry, you have a legitimate beef with us.'"

He goes on to explain the reasons behind the poor support. "That grew out of how that product was developed. We didn't have in-house resources to do updates and deliver the same content we've been delivering to PC and Xbox." Though the Xbox 360 hasn't been receiving the regular updates of the PC, it's a far cry from the total lack of support the PlayStation 3 received for its buggy version of the game.

Orange box is full of bugs and poor support. Don't get it. This feed came in literally like 6 minutes ago.

    not a good idea.

Go with a full game, the box is a bad decision.

    Recomend:

    CoD Mod Warfare

    Mod Warfare 2 (Fall Release)

    MAG (January 2010)

Resistance: Fall of Man (On Sale Everywhere, PS3 Greatest Game award)

    Resistance 2

Warhawk ($15 in the PS Store)

Burnout Paradise City ($30 in the PS store)

    many more

    *facepalm*

I'm in a clan for TF2 and it's fine. I've played for over 400 hours and it's not that bad at all. There's no lag (in most cases) and plenty of people playing online.

Sure there's people that glitch out of the map, but it's so rare it's hardly worth mentioning. Plus it's tons of fun to kill those people and ruin their glitching.

I say go for it. It's my most-played game and pretty much favorite game of all time. And you can get it for what, $20? :D

But it's also worth mentioning that the PC version is better. If your PC can run it, you should get it for that. It has custom maps, class updates, and a huge community with support.

    NOOO! Not on PS3!

It's filled with bugs and the Valve guys won't do **** about it. They released 1 or 2 patches but they didn't fix anything!

Valve doesn't support PS3. How do I know? They were patching the 360/PC versions of those games and never bothered with the PS3.

The games in the Orange Box are better to play on the PC.

Not much play it on consoles.

Get it for PC if you have a decent machine. TF2 is definitely worth getting, it's an awesome game but you'll find more activity on a computer.

Team Fortress 2 is the most fun you will ever have, ever.

And when you are done with that, play Portal which is the most fun you will ever have by yourself, ever.
