It may be a conflict of interest to have the husband write the divorce papers. Check with the free lawyers clinic.

What papers? Why do they need fixing? You need to be much more specific. Also, I doubt there are a lot of attorneys on Answers.

First of all, if you just married your husband just to have your papers - that is very wrong. 2nd, you are not eligible to apply for "papers" if you are already divorced. In other words, fixed marriage = NO GOOD! An ordinary person can tell you that upfront!

Your question is very vague and gives no detail as to what you're even looking for. ("fixing" papers??) You need to discuss this with your attorney, not with strangers on Yahoo! Answers.
