Is there any way that I can stop growing, and possibly even shrink?

no, you may shrink when you are elderly but that will because of your spine curving, which isn't attractive.

seriously, though, consider modeling! runway modeling is ONLY for those over 5'10'', so why not cash in on your fab height?
