I got a Trojan.Win32.Agent.azsy. on my computer HOW do I get rid of it?

I think I got infected by a Trojan on Facebook. How can I get rid of this virus? I have McAfee Security and it's scanning right now but it has been paused at 95% scan of the past 4 hours. I can't get in touch with McAfee by phone unless you pay or something. Now I'm also getting this message about a Bloodhound.PDF.8. HELP! Where can I get a FREE scan removal?

You need to run a full scan with Mcafee in SAFE MODE

Re-boot your computer in SAFE MODE

To run it in Safe Mode, as soon as your computer turns on hit the F8 key (repeatedly) until a screen comes up

Choose Start computer in SAFE MODE with network support

Download and install Malware Bytes and AVAST

    http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware...

    http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

Run a FULL SCAN with both programs – They are FREE.

I use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It's found every virus that I've ever had, and dealt with it.
