    It's Serbian or Croatian. Could be Bosnian as well. Some Slovenians use that expression too.

    It's Bosnian or Serbian, I'm sure of it. More tempted of it being Serbian. They're so, so very closely related, though.

    I am sad to say that it's an insult, in Croatian. It means something like "Suck my d..."
