what is the difference between a 2009 Honda Ruckus versus older model Honda Ruckus?

I'm thinking about buying one and wonder about the price range for 2009 vs. 2008 which can still be bought new. Is the 2009 better than other years even though the specs seem the same?

    the only difference is pre06 they go 37mph, 2006 and newer go 42mph. don't waste your time on an older one.
