Why do they call it a 'murder' of crows?

I can wrap my head around a 'pride' of lions or a 'flock' of geese, but a 'murder' of crows just escapes me.

Black was often referred to evil or evil intentions. Bec ause the raven is considered a "death " bird iit is associated with those terms.

Just as a group of ravens are called " a unkindness".

Cause the crows were pecking and eating the carcass full of, gnats, flies and guts spilling everywhere...
