This definitely sounds like an allergy to something you've encountered this summer. It could be due to some grasses or weeds growing in your area... or pollution... or smoke. Go to your drugstore and buy some generic Benedryl, (Diphenhydramine HCI 25 mg capsules), and take 2 every 6 or 8 hours for a couple of days. If it doesn't help at all, chances are it is not an allergy. I sometimes have bad allergies in the summertime and always have this on hand. It is also good to have on hand for itchy mosquito bites and bee stings. It reduces an allergic reaction and helps with itching. Probably good for poison ivy rashes too. Good luck.

PS - Ginger root tea or candied ginger root is good for nausea and upset stomach.
