What to do about ipod?
So recently I switched to "manualy managing" my pod. After that I got a bunch of songs on my ipod from different places, but it wouldn't let me put those songs on to my library on my computer. So then I was syncing a movie onto my ipod and it erased all my songs from it!!!! Is there a way to undo it?

nope, you cant undo it. However if you readd the songs to your ipod, you can add them to your library by clicking "my computer", then finding your ipod, click it, then it the uper right hand corner, under "file, edit, view" or one of those buttons there is an option to show hidden files. Click that. Once all of your files are shown you can add them to your music library.

iTunes can only transfer iTunes store puchased songs from iPod to computer. If you songs are not from iTunes store, you need special software to copy them. You may refer to this guide, it will teach you how to copy all music and video from iPod back to computer or iTunes, including the non-purchased music, it's easy to understand and works pretty well for me.

Try re-storing your ipod, this will back-up our ipod and reset it. Don't worry you won't lose anything more. I don't know if it will work, but it is worth a try.
