is PSN down i cant sign in for some reason?

Yea I disconnected and signed out like 3 times in the last 2 days. I dont know why. And yesterday all my friends signed out at the same time. We all were all wondering.

Maybe update 3.00?

A lot of people were disconnected from it i was too. But try a connections test see if everything is ok if it says psn timed out then you should wait., mine came back the same day just 2 hours later!

Correct. PSN is down for repairs right now due to a hacker attack. They don't know when they'll get it back online. In the meantime, any game that doesn't require internet connectivity should still work. This includes games you can play offline.

This is probalby either an update , or your router is down , try to unplug the power of your router and wait 10 seconds then plug back in , if this fails, goto System update>Via Internet>then update it Good Luck!

It might be down in some areas. I'm signed in, but was automatically signed out not too long ago and most of my buddies aren't signed in, which is unusual.
