the drain hole on your window air conditioner is usually on the lower right hand side, if you are looking at it from the outside, also when you installed it , it should have been off level with a 4" level, by at least 1/4 of a bubble towards the outside. if it is level, the tray at the bottom of your air conditioner fills up, and it drains inside and outside, because it is level, if you cant find the drain hole STILL tilt your air conditioner to the outside.
good luck i hope i helped solvre this problem
i installed window air conditioners for 3 years in Chicago,Il.

The drain hole is usually located in one of the far corners on the outside in the bottom of the metal case. The newer models of air conditioners do not have drain holes and recycle the water and does not drain inside. This was in my manual.

Any hole(s) on the bottom side are for drainage. You may need to take the unit outside, remove the case and clean out any debris that may have accumulated, preventing adequate flow. If you don't think this is a factor, make sure it is installed at an angle of 1/4" per foot of unit depth (a two foot deep unit would be a 1/2 inch lower at the rear of the case compared to the face). Good luck.
