Thinkpad T43 water spill?
I accidentally lost my grip on a water bottle, and a moderate amount of water went flying towards the upper part of my T43's keyboard. It shut off almost immediately. I have it upside-down now, with a fan blowing on it. I know not to turn it on for a day or so, but please, is there anything else I should be doing to increase the chances of saving it? I don't know a whole lot about computers, so any info you can give me would be awesome!
Thank you in advance!
P.S. I'm reposting this here in P&S in an attempt to get more answers.

that is smart to post it here!!
but anyways once i spilled water on a regular keyboard and i poured the water out of it and it worked fine.
I don't know about a laptop though because there's more important stuff under the keyboard, like the motherboard and the disc drives, etc.
I'm pretty sure they don't like water :(
But maybe you'll get lucky and nothing's damaged!
Good luck.
