Can you put me together a back to school outfit?

Question

My fav stores are Forever 21, Pac Sun, and JCPenney. I also like Aeropostale.

Pleade include shoes.

It needs to be inexpencive.

If you know of any other stores that has cool clothes for cheap, let me know.

Also, include accecories. I love scarves.

And please no black, but outfits also don't have to be all neon.

I am going to be a junior in high school.

I don't have one particular style.

I think target, Macys, Dillards, Hollister clearance, and A&F clearance could be good for you!. sorry I'm not picking an outfit out but those are other stores. 

I'd go for skinny jeans and a cute fitted t-shirt

Aero graphic tee,  skinny jeans (from anywhere) flip flops that match the shirt, silver bangles and silver hoop earrings and a scarf that accents the shirt
