What are those in his mouth?
My fiance has got these weird spot things in his mouth. He has six in total (three top, three bottom) and he says they sting a lot. He used to only have one and we bought this mouthwash to get rid of it but it only made it worse. Does anyone know what they are and how to treat them?
Can someone please answer because he says they are really hurting!!
The bigger ones are white

I need more information. Are the spots white? White with red around them? are they "crater-like" or do they stick out like a pimple? Red and ulcerated? What mouthwash did you use? did it have alcohol in it like Listerine?
If the sores are a virus (likely) then a bacteria killer like listerine won't be much help. Better to try warm salt water rinses, 1tsp of salt in 8 oz of warm water and swish as often as you want. It helps soothe the tissue and promotes healing. If it is a virus you will have to let it run it's course, 7-14 days. You may experience swollen lymph glands under your jaw with that.
If it is a primary episode with these sores you may break out with more before this event is over, that would be a form of the Herpes Simplex virus. Some people find relief with Camphophenique if they extend onto the lips. Not much help inside the mouth.
good luck

Does he chew or smoke tobacco? White spots in the mouth can be cancerous growths.
Go here and see if any of these look similar: http://cancercontrol.cancer.gov/tcrb/less_effects....
Good luck.
