Verizon wireless has prepaid phones, and all Verizon phones have free minutes at night and on weekends. I've seen the phones at Best Buy, but I do not know about Wal-Mart. They usually have a few different models, which come in a package, or you can go to the verizon store and pick one out, then tell them you want to use it as a prepaid phone. Then you buy phone cards like you would if you had a TracFone. Plus, if you have any friends that have Verizon, you also talk free to them!

Another choice (which you can find at Wal-Mart) would be Virgin Mobile. I have looked into these and they seem pretty affordable. My personal opinion; however, would be to get a Verizon prepaid phone.

I got a prepaid Razr (TMobile) from Best Buy actually, and I chose the free nights after nine plan from the phone's menu.

Unfortunately, it didnt have free weekends.

Fortunately, I have a plan phone now :D
