I trying to get a toned body, any adivce?
Hi, my name is Caitlin and I am 16 years old. I am trying to get a toned body and get rid of some of my cellulite. The eating healthy part aren't my concern its the exercise. I am currently doing half an hour of cardio each day, which I divide up into a 10 minute jump start cardio workout and a twenty minute lower body workout, which works my hips. glutes and thighs. Plus, when I wake up of a morning I do 20 push up, 50 sit ups and 20 squats. Is that enough, or should I be doing more. I am 5'5 foot tall and weight 127 pounds, I think =D. Thanks so much for reading any any advice or tips is so greatly appreciated.

acai berry pills do work and theyre 100 percent natural...
try not eating too much carbs and eat lots of protein
get sufficient sleep and workout in the morning
drink lots and lots of water to speed up your metabolism
eat breakfast everyday (dont starve yourself because your body will start eating itself and you will lose muscles and muscles burn fat)
dont eat 3 times a day try like 6-9 smaller meals.
do some weight lifting...a lot of women think its just to gain bulk but its really not... just do high reps and low weights to burn fat and tone muscle
rest rest rest because if you overwork your muscles you wont get results
swimming is a good excercise and its low impact.
if your not getting anymore results from your daily routine how bout changing it up.... its called muscle confusion (P90X-look it up)
instead of push ups how bout dumbellpresses and instead of situps how bout you lie down on hte floor get your legs straight and put your feet in the air 6 inches (hold it as long as you can)
and instead of squats how bout running hills or lunges

Well I'm 16 years old too and I am also trying to get a toned body, but right now I am just working on my abs.
-When I wake up I do 3 sets of 30 sit ups and at night I do 3 sets of 30 sit ups. I can feel my muscles getting harder but my packs has not yet formed in, only a little. But i have only been doing this for about 1 month so far.

Honestly Caitlin if you showed me your eating schedule I could help you out ALOT better! But since you don't, I will give you a basic toning workout routine! This site is very resourceful for any information you may need on maintaining your shape and weight and toning that fat into sexy curves! Anyways Check This link out, and don't be worried about not getting results right away, every workout routine takes time and tons of effort. If you stick to this you will be bound to get those curves you want! Have fun :D

you can't get a toned body with jump start cardio as much as you would think. Best best is to pick up running, spinning or stair master at the gym. Swimming is also a great full body excersize. Joining a cross country team can only help you lose the weight you want gone. Good luck

just keep doin what your doin, just make sure to be drinking lots of water. If you feel like doing more do for it, if you ache or feel wrong in anyway, take it down a notch. If you have specific body part concerns look into exercises designed to help those, there are tons on the net. Keep up the good work of eating right and exercising, it will serve you well down the road as an adult, perfect time for you to get into good life habits, have fun and drink water

Rather than making it sound like a chore, you should instead, engage in some kind of sport like tennis or soccer. That way, you can work out even longer and have fun while doing so.
Then set up a schedule for your meals so you won't get side tracked and eat the wrong things. Remember, a balanced diet is under 2000 calories.
