How do I tell if I pass these eye limitations? (cycloplegic, astigmatism, or anisometropia)?

The top of my checklist says "co cycloplegic can be > -8.00/+.50, have an astigmatism > +3.00 either eye in any meridian, or Anisometropia >2.50 to be acceptable"

I have a prescription written in the for SPH:___ CYL:___ AXIS:____ for both eyes. So how do I tell if I am within these limits based on the prescription that I have?

Thanks!

Update:

^ The "co" is actually supposed to say "no"

Sorry

It would have been easier if you had just written out the prescription also, then just tell you if you are within limits.

Your SPH powers can be up to - 8.00 , the CYL powers can be no higher than 3.00 in + or - , doesn't matter...axis doesn't matter either.

And no more than 2.50 difference between the SPH powers of both eyes.
