i got some at forever 21 a while ago (2 for like 4 bucks!) but i doubt they still have it

if you're crafty though you can make one for really cheap

just buy some peacock feathers at the craft store, and some super glue or hotglue or whatever and some pins, glue and style and you're done

Claire's has things like that. Also try Icing, and try going online and looking at department stores online catalogs. Pretty sure Claire's has them though - I've seen those around :)

but there are definently some a claires. a few days a go, my friend came over to my house, and she was wearing one of those peacock feather hairclips and she said it was from claries.

or check FOREVER 21 because I bought a peacock feather headband fromt here recently. Or H&M might have them. There very in now so I am sure you will find them at any popular store or accesory store.
