seatbelt and door alarm, how to turn off?

my work vehicle is a ford ranger mini truck 2003. its hot in this area so i leave the door open to get a breeze flowing thru, trying to listen to the radio during break. but the freakin alarm for the door and seatbelt is so loud i cant enjoy the radio. is there a quick disconnect or fuse i can temporarily remove then reinstall after breaks?

I had a ranger once and that thing bothered me too. I unplugged the chime under the dash. It's not really "quick", but you can plug it back in afterwards, or not. Btw, It's easiest to locate when it's going off. :)

Try pulling the key out a little bit while listening to the radio. Its a tiny switch and it may go off if you pull it out just a bit.

Take it to the dealer and they have special codes from the computer to turn it off.
